The Career Assessment
In a private consultation (or from photographs) we measure your facial features, such as the width of your face, which immediately gives information about your personality. We collect over 68 different traits covering areas such as your thinking style, innate abilities, preferences and emotional reactions.
We then use a computerised career programme which was developed from the guidelines set up by the US Department of Labour for career assessment. The programme matches your unique personality traits with careers that are most suited to you.
Research
In recent blind studies the Personality and Career Assessment was compared with more traditional tests. The results indicated an exact match for careers and personality. Robert Whiteside, the newspaper editor, also performed research and found an 88% satisfaction for the Career assessments.
